New Retail Buzz: Nordstrom Rack
One of the most exciting announcements is the upcoming Nordstrom Rack, expected to open at Granite Run Promenade in 2026. Nordstrom Rack is known for offering designer and name brand clothing, shoes, accessories, and home goods at discounted prices. This addition is a big win for local shoppers and adds to an already strong lineup that includes TJ Maxx, Michaels, Five Below, and Boscov’s.
Wellness and Fitness Expanding at Granite Run
Granite Run is also adding more health and wellness focused businesses, which is something many locals have been asking for.
SweatHouz recently opened and brings contrast therapy to Media. It offers infrared sauna sessions, cold plunge therapy, and recovery focused services that are popular with athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone looking to relax or reduce stress. It’s a unique addition that adds a self care option right in the shopping center.
Another highly anticipated addition is HiLo House, a boutique fitness studio scheduled to open in early 2026. HiLo focuses on high intensity, low impact workouts using Lagree Megaformer and VersaClimber equipment. This will be HiLo House’s first Pennsylvania location and adds a more upscale, class based gym option to the area.
Food Options Continue to Grow
Granite Run already has popular dining spots like Chipotle, Panera, Miller’s Ale House, and Turning Point, making it easy to grab anything from a quick lunch to a sit down meal.
A newer addition is Wonder, a multi restaurant food concept that has received mixed reviews so far. The food may not be everyone’s favorite, but it’s convenient when everyone in your household wants something different and no one can agree on one type of cuisine. We’ve ordered from there ourselves and found it decent and very convenient.
