My background
Before real estate, I worked in construction, operations, and sales. I managed renovation and new build projects for military families at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina. All of the homes were LEED certified, and my position reported directly to the US Navy.
I later worked for a Philadelphia based builder where I gained hands on experience in the new construction process from start to finish.
That background gives me a deeper understanding of how homes are built, how to evaluate condition, and how to prepare a property for the market strategically. It also shaped my operational mindset. I do not just list homes. I build a plan, manage moving parts, and execute.
Today, that experience allows me to confidently guide families through estate sales, downsizing, and complex property situations with organization and clarity.
